great location but room for improvement

The pool area provided an excellent space for relaxation with ample sun loungers. The happy hour at the pool bar made our afternoons fun and lively. The restaurant offered a diverse range of dishes, pleasing even the most selective eaters in our group. I truly appreciated the beautiful sea view from our Twin Room, enhancing the entire experience.

Housekeeping needed more attention to detail. a few things were missed during cleaning.

Pool area was super chill, plenty of sunbeds, never had to stress about finding one. The bar staff were friendly, and a special surprise was cava and a cake for my partner's birthday—such a lekker touch! Breakfast was the highlight, with loads of options, every morning felt like a treat!

The air conditioning in our room wasn’t great, but we just left it on and made it work.

Housekeeping clearly needs a reminder about thorough cleaning!!! Emptying trash and checking under the bed isn't just a nice-to-have, but crucial!!! air conditioning issues shouldn't require multiple complaints before action is taken!!!

Just a prime choice for a city break in Benidorm with fantastic value for money. The hotel was clean, and sheets were changed regularly. Try to ask for a sea view room for a better experience.

Fantastic hotel with a great atmosphere! The modern rooms are very clean, and the staff is super friendly. The food offers a delightful variety, especially for picky eaters like me.

The pool area was super clean with ample sunbeds, and there’s a fab bar offering 2-for-1 drinks. All rooms are modern with a fridge and TV. It's only minutes from the beach and the lively Morgans Tavern. Personally loved the animal show by the pool during our stay!
