great location but room for improvement

The pool area provided an excellent space for relaxation with ample sun loungers. The happy hour at the pool bar made our afternoons fun and lively. The restaurant offered a diverse range of dishes, pleasing even the most selective eaters in our group. I appreciated the beautiful sea view from our Twin Room.

Housekeeping needed more attention to detail. A few things were missed during cleaning.

The breakfast buffet is more than complete and the comfort of the beds is the best without a doubt, in addition to the modern facilities.

The pillows were too soft since they looked like cigarette paper.

The location was incredible, the staff were well-mannered.

Pool area was super chill, plenty of sunbeds, never had to stress about finding one. The bar staff were friendly, and a special surprise was cava and a cake for my partner's birthday-such a lekker touch! Breakfast was the highlight, with loads of options, every morning seemed like a treat!

The air conditioning in our room wasn't great, but we just left it on and made it work.

Beautiful Hotel, well positioned for all amenities, lovely promenade for long walks.

Housekeeping clearly needs a reminder about thorough cleaning!!! Emptying trash and checking under the bed isn't just a nice-to-have, but crucial!!! Air conditioning issues shouldn't require multiple complaints before action is taken!!!

The location of the hotel was peaceful - within walking distance of Space. Thanks to the attentive staff everything was really good, including lots of decent food. The breakfast had lots of food, like cereal and fruit.

Trouble with the wifi...keycard was always a problem! For being a 4 star hotel it was not living up to our expectations. The rooms was cold, and drafty....Sorry, but we will not recomend this hotel to any one.

The staff, particulary imi, he was smart, professional, clean,spoke good English and it was a pleasure to be served in the bar by him. The room was lovely as was the bar area.

No tea or coffee in the room and as its 4 star I think this is required. Food was awful, chef had a cold and constatly wiped his nose, then handled food without washing his hands. Everything was cold, even chips. Paella was the worse I have ever had in Spain and I live here most of the year and its my favourite dish. The English singer, with the union jack outfit was atrocious, couldnt sing, as your hotel is a classy establishment, he needs to go. Stick to the Spanish singer and the one who plays the violin was excellent.

Just a prime choice for a city break in Benidorm with fantastic value for money. The hotel was clean, and sheets were changed regularly. Try to ask for a sea view room for a better experience.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good position for beach, shops, nightlife and the market (Wed and Sunday). Seemed to have good quality entertainment. Contrary to some other reviews we found the food excellent and varied. Good selection for salads, main course, dessert also breakfast. And we had no problem with lifts as some other reviewers said even though the hotel was quite busy (Spanish holiday).

Expensive for what it offers compared to good 3 star hotels. Esp. If your room is at the back where there is no sun! And the pool area is in shade. (Not sure about summer). Only one very inferior wine available, and drink prices costly. Small balcony although enough for two. We had asked for a front room, but got one at the back! Not a problem to have it changed but we had arrived early.

We booked twin room, it was soundproof.

Fantastic hotel with a great atmosphere! The modern rooms are very clean, and the staff is super friendly. The food offers a good variety, especially for picky eaters like me.

The hotel has only recently opened therefore the standard of everything is very high, especially cleanliness etc which is fabulous. The staff are fantastic nothing is a bother to them.

Thought everything was great about the hotel.....just didn't like Benidorm. Went with my mum who used to love it, however even she says its gone down hill.....always was a bit "tacky" but even more so now. The whole town could do with a clean up.

Location was great.

Design of the hotel was very nice + good entertainment.
